The meeting was called to order by Club President Rtn. Jyoti Dey Sarkar & the following discussions were held & decisions taken. *NEW PROJECTS*: 1. 30th July tree plantation with SSB or forest. Coordination by Rtn. Sanjay Sharma. 2. 100 pcs umbrella distribution program amongst rickshaw wala with sponsorship. 3. Awareness of FIRE SECURITY / EMERGENCY / CPR with govt. & private schools. Rtn. Sandeep Ghosal will coordinate. *HOMEOPATHY CAMP*: Camp should be change as soon as possible. Rtn. Sanjay Sharma contacted with Santoshi Nagar club ward no 5. We will go & check the location if everything is ok then we will sign a MOU. MOU will be preparing by Rtn. Raman Agarwal & Rtn. Adv Rajesh Agarwal. Project Chairmen will coordinate further. For the time being we will stop the camp at ward no 20 after this week.
